When I drove down the street and opened it, I found that the cheese was cold and stiff, as if it had just come out of the refrigerator. The name of the item clearly explains how it should be prepared — grilled — and this was nowhere close. I turned around and went inside to have it corrected. After showing the issue to the staff, they took the sandwich back but simply left it sitting on the counter while the cook looked unsure of what to do. At that point, more of my time had already been wasted. I had to leave, and you can keep the sandwich and my money — I had other things to do.
