- SSShannonJul 20, 20255.0On a Friday busy as all pizza places are an there had to be a computer glitch to not process my order or payment and after the lovely employee says after I came back to pick my order she explained it never went through an it wasnt her fault and so she was so kind, patient, and calmly asked for me to call my bank to see if it went through and usually I always ask any place of business please so kindly give me a receipt and I didn't even ask but I was on the phone for nearly 25 minutes waiting for a person to come on as I had to be placed in line over the phone and as I did accordingly she reprocessed my ordered as I was on hold and once I was done I explained that it never processed and so her and I never butted heads she was as nice as she was when she took the first order and it was busy as a Friday evening is and she gave me a cold 20oz coke as I waited another 25 minutes and I would go there if they had a line wrapped around South Battlefield blvd cause the entire staff never changed their professional work ethics they stayed on key and they weren't bothered by how busy or how the phone was ringing and the young woman answered phones as she assisted me and I tried to give her a tip but there wasn't tip process to do so but they should cause she was doing 5 to 8 things at the same time and they all need raises and I thank the entire staff and management for having Excellency of how great your team is ......I give TOP INFINITY 10 OR INFINITY A+'s

We had to throw it in the oven for almost 20 minutes once we received. Don't usually have issues but last few times it hasn't been good at all.
