I waited til 11:50 and called back, manger said order was delivered. I told him it wasn’t, and I wouldn’t be wasting my time calling him at 11:50 pm if I got it, I have work at 4 am. He really didn’t seem to care to help me. Did apologize for the inconvenience, he just tried to rush me off the phone. Only thing he offered was a refund tomorrow. Horrible customer service. And hopefully I’ll get my refund tomorrow.

It was a Friday night on Halloween, so I can cut them some slack. Then another hour and a half goes by and no pizza is delivered. Two hours after I placed the order, the order is marked delivered and I still did not receive the pizza. Tried calling the store to ask what was going on or get a refund, but the phone line just plays ads on an endless loop.
