Both times I’ve walked in literally 20+ people waiting in line to pick up their online orders. At that point, it would’ve been quicker for me to stand in the long line to get my food. This is totally unacceptable. The best we got offered was a free drink. Super inconvenient to waste my whole lunch break hour waiting in line, should’ve gone to Chick-fil-A. This place is a mess!! Poor management…this place seriously needs help. I will not ever be returning to this location. Ever.
