  Ordered through the app for pickup. Got the text alert that the other was ready. I was coming from a doctor's appointment so I got there 15 late. I went to the pick up area and my order wasn't there. I look at the register area and I see at least 10 takeout orders ready to go. I go up to the food order line and ask for my order. Employee A tells me if my order is ready it'll be in the pickup area. I explain to her it's not but I got the alert saying it was ready. Rather than look at the orders that were ready she looks back at the kitchen and then says to me "well they're really busy back there. Your order will be out when it's ready". I go back near the pickup area and another gentleman is waiting for hisnorswr too. He asks employee B at the register for his order and gets the same answer your order will be out when it's ready." About 5-20 min pass and employee C comes out and sees us waiting. She asks if we were waiting for pickup and we both reply yes. She looks at the bags that were behind the register, picks up 2 of them and then gives me and the other waiting gentleman our order. CAVA, you may want to revisit your customer service training. If you have time to look back at the kitchen and give snarky remarks, then you have time to look at a some bags that are 1 foot away from you

  Myself and 9 others have been waiting for our pickup order for over 45 minutes. I’m late from my lunch break. They said they can’t refund the order and to just wait. Thanks…

  Sarah is an absolute ROCKSTAR 💯‼️‼️‼️ She rang up my daughter and me today and delivered truly TOP-TIER customer service! She carefully explained every sauce, knew exactly what paired best with the white sweet potatoes, and even provided a custom sauce mix called “Christmas” that was pure magic 🤤🤤 fireworks in my mouth! 🎆 🎇 🧨 She went above and beyond by checking on us at our table, which made the experience feel personal. Sarah is 100% management material and deserves a raise and promotion ASAP! Hurry and promote her, so you won't lose her to a competitor 😂 AND pay her for her sauce mix! It'll make you MILLIONS! 🤑😊

  Sofía and Josh’s energy was fireeeeee. I’d definitely come back just to chill and listen to their dope playlist. The food portions were great. I had enough of everything, and Sofia was very nice whenever I asked for a littler extra spinach or pita chips. Awesome service 🫰🏻

  Been eating at Cava for almost a decade now. This location just gave me some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Sophie, Josh, and Maddie were so friendly and personable I felt obligated to leave a review bc their energy was refreshing. Customer service isn’t easy and can wear on your smile, but they were extremely friendly even at night. Also food wise, the ingredients today were really fresh and they had everything in stock. Good stuff
