- IIInsightfullyy4 days ago5.0I came here with my family for my 25th birthday last night. It was a last minute decision to come here. The reservation was made the night before. There was about 8 of us in total, so a decently sized party. Our server was Brandon. He was nice, very attentive and him and the rest of the staff even sang happy birthday to me in Italian (which I thought was so cute!). This place definitely lives up to its 4.6 stars. I would definitely come here again. Thank you again Carrabbas for helping to make my 25th birthday that much more special!

- DADawn AshleyNov 9, 20254.0We were left with mixed feelings about our visit last night. We were greeted nicely and sat at a table two over from the food line. Jamila was fabulous. Her personality, attention to detail and over all service was beyond amazing. We all felt like we had met a new, dear friend. The food was good. Nothing fabulous. My steak was over cooked and the Marsala sauce was sparse but tasty. What ruined the experience was listening to the proprietor bully and degrade his staff from the waitress to the cook to the other manager. At one point he used a racial slur when speaking to his cook. A waitress that had been there all day and had a backache asked to leave early and he berated her until she was sobbing. He is a disgrace to the Carrabas franchise. Just because you can afford to own a business does not mean you know how to run one.

The service is great and if you go at a good time when there isn't a large crowd you'll get your food very quickly! We had barely started eating our oil and bread when we received our calamari, barely finished that before we got our salads, and barely finished our salads before our main dish lol.
