  I absolutely love going to Carrabba’s. The Tuscan Chicken was to die for, and the Bryan Chicken is always a staple—especially with that incredible goat cheese. You truly can’t go wrong with either. Our server, Jamila, who took care of us around Christmas time, was an absolute pleasure. From the moment we arrived, her presence stood out—she brought incredible light, warmth, and energy to the atmosphere. She truly felt like the heart and passion of the restaurant that day. Jamila provided amazing service, paired perfectly with great food and great people. I genuinely hope one day she’s running a Carrabba’s of her own, bringing that same attitude and care to every guest she serves. Love eating at Carrabba’s—always a fantastic experience.

  Jamil at Carrabas Battlefield BLVD is AMAZING!!! She is so sweet and easy to talk to. As an autistic person she made me feel relaxed and she really knows her menu! She was able to answer our questions with ease, she is very knowledgeable! To give perspective I have a passout disorder and while I was dining with my mother visiting from Texas and my small daughter I had one of my episodes and Jamil was amazing! She helped my mom with my daughter by having her walk around the restaurant with her so my daughter wasn’t terrified because she was crying. My mom was able to help me and when I came to I was embarrassed and sobbing Jamil came to the rescue again and hugged me and assured me that I had nothing to be ashamed of. She loved on all three of us and made sure our exit with to go food was seamless. I cannot express how much gratitude I have for Jamil because in today’s world kindness is often forgotten. The light of Jesus is in Jamil and I will forever be grateful to her. I hope to see her again and if she can receive some form of recognition or raise I support it because she is such a beautiful soul. Jamil if you see this I love you and hope to see you again!

  One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. I sat at the to go parking spot for over 20 minutes and watched the employees leave the premises to get Starbucks. I went to use the bathroom and found my order sitting there at the rack. Thank you for wasting my time and money. Your employees have 0 professionalism or courtesy

  Carrabas has been a favorite among restaurants with my family for a while. The food is high quality, the atmosphere is lovely, and the service is friendly. The past time I’ve gone, my server was Tonya. She was extremely sweet and made sure my family and I had more than everything we needed. She constantly had a genuine smile on her face and was ready to help. Thank you, Tonya!
