- RLRussell Lay6 days ago4.0A step up from Taco Bell and Del Taco, better than Moe’s, almost there with Chipotle. I had the mesquite steak and traditional ground beef tacos. Both super flavorful. Nice add-one including cilantro, which Chipotle’s usually refuses to put on tacos. My wife had the mesquite chicken bowl. She wasn’t crazy about the rice, and perhaps the sauce she chose. Wish they had a more red saucy sauce for the chips—pico doesn’t really dress a chip well. But will definitely be back! Will try a burrito next time!

I am waiting there for like 20 minutes and then the lady stops bagging my order, which is done, to start helping two other customers that come in I have to wait for the other two customers to order and get their food before I even get mine even though I was waiting there way longer.

Definitely a great Chipotl3 contender ...however and I hope someone in corporate could see this ... the key here is the base... your quinoa? Excellent! ...your tortilla? Soft and yet sturdy to hold burrito contents...your rice?... this is where there is an opportunity for improvement... the parboiled rice does not do justice to the seasonings it has ... if you would shift away from parboiled and start with an industrial rice cooker and make that from scratch... I guarantee you that you will de-throne other burrito/taco/bowl places. The place was clean, inviting, and the service 👌🏼. Will definitely come back. Oh! And that raspberry lemonade? Primo!!!

But then at check out we asked for military discount and show the ID and she said no, no discount. The next family behind us (black) comes through and she says “hi are you military or first responder” and I’m like dumbfounded. He says “yes but I don’t have any ID” (clearly lying) and she gives him the discount (no id and clearly not) over me (active duty with an ID) very poor and odd experience here
