  I had dinner in the bar area on Jan 3, 2026 and was the most awful experience. i ordered the Cheese Steak sandwich which was awful. Te food was served cold, sandwich and fries. The meat on the sandwich was half burnt and the was barely any cheese sauce on the sandwich. I ordered tater tots in place of fries. but was served fries. They were also cold. The service was terrible. the waitress was working the bar and waiting on tables until other help showed up. We had to go to the bar ourselves for drink refills. When we went to pay the bill there were a lot of problems getting the bill correct. I saw the wait staff knock over a container of knives on the floor, then picked them back up and put back in the container and were being used for customers. During the three hours we were there we saw no management checking on the restaurant or customers. The evening was a terrible experience.

  I have mixed feelings about this location. At times, the food and service is excellent. Other times, everything is subpar. Tonight, my husband and I placed a to go order. We waited approximately 20 minutes for our food, and the quality was disappointing. The wings were over cooked, the fries were cold and the mozzarella sticks were cold inside. In addition, they gave us 1 ranch and 1 blue cheese dressing for 40 wings. I’m so glad that I checked our order before we left…they had forgotten our French fries. We will not be returning to this location any time soon.

  I have mixed feelings about this location. I ultimately think the root of the problems are management, staffing issues, and consistency. My party of 2 sat at down at the bar to order food to go and have a beer while we waited (id say a third of the restaurant was occupied). The first 10 mins there was absolutely no one was behind the bar. Once the bartender appeared they were serving other people for the next 15 mins before greeting us. Waiting 25 mins at this point we had already found a menu ourselves and were ready to order, but the bartender proceeded to help other customer before taking our order. I want to make it clear that I am not mad at the bartender. Every time she spoke to us she was very calm and kind. It seemed that she was taking on other responsibilities when she should have just been able to (wo)man the bar. The food times are incredible here, it just seems that the managers dont care about the actual service of the customers. They should be able to help facilitate service, especially if they are understaffed. To the managers of the establishment, you should support your entire staff- not just the kitchen.

  My experience leads me to the unfortunate conclusion that staff here is racist. On 11 Nov 2025, at about 11:30 AM, my Asian wife and I waited for 1.5 hours (in the bar area) to be served while watching other customers come, be served , and go. I eventually went to the bar to place food order. I was told "I have other customers to serve first." I couldn't believe she was choosing to serve others who came after us while continuing to ignore us. Needless to say, we left. We will NOT return. We could not obtain service. I don't know why. The only thing I could think of is that they didn't like my more beautiful wife because she didn't look enough like them and did not act as ugly as they did. I don' t really care what the reason was anymore. The bottom line is nobody wanted to serve us. Awful restaurant! If you are from the Asian continent, I suggest you try a different restaurant
