Rarely checked up on and there’s only three couples in the waiters section and the food takes forever to come out, ordered dessert ahead to accommodate for how long it takes and still waited over 15 mins. Carry out orders also take forever with nobody as a greeter/cashier. the bathrooms are also horrendous with the floors being sticky and the plethora skid marks on the toilet seats

I haven't stopped into a BW3 in about a year and now I will never be going back. Enjoy the bankruptcy. I now understand part of the reason for the struggle within your company. Do better.

AND VERY WELL COULD BE, THAT I NORMALLY SIT AT THE BAR. AND THE BARTENDER IS VERY ATTENTIVE! I COULDN'T EVEN GET THE WAITRESS TO GIVE ME MY POINTS. IT TOOK THE ASSISTANT MANAGER TO GET IT DONE.
