  We did ha e a little wait for service; however, the services was good once our waitress came. The food was okay. My only concern was the salt. There was too much on the fries. I have to remember to say no salt next time.

  Everything is consistent as far as food across the chain, this location just isn't focused enough on tables. Staff chit chatting with each other while people were waiting for refills all around. There was probably less than a dozen diners in entire place. Everything moved at a SLOW pace. It's not what it used to be. Better local restaurants with wings than dealing with 1.5 hr dinners for wings. Yikes!

  I went during the late afternoon, so 4pm give or take. It was not super busy at all. But it was super slow. One hostess and one waitress who was working the dining room and bar. I dont know if the kitchen was short staffed but they were slow too. But slow in the sense my food was not hot. It for sure sat for a while before coming out. Kids thought the buffalo sauce was good while I feel the Nashville hot can be hotter, it was sweet and not up to expectations. Ill come back but it wont be a first choice.

  Pro Tip: SIT AT THE BAR. My husband and I have been coming to this place forever and its always been great, HOWEVER tonight we sat in the bar area instead of the bar and the following occurred: 1. Waiter came by, took our drink and appetizer order, said he would bus the table because it was dirty. 20 minutes later: - Did not bus table - Runner brought drinks - Runner brought appetizers. - No silverware no napkins, dirty table. 2. After waiting about 10 more minutes for the waiter to come back we finally got napkins and silverware and a wipe down. Ordered fresh drinks and entree (20 wings and fries + sauces) 3. 45 minutes later no food. 4. At this point every single table has their food and we'd been forgotten. The waiter came by and told us "they're tossing your wings now" and I politely informed him we had to leave. He forgot that we even had fries, went back and got them and the tab. No apology was given about the wait. The waiter never even stopped by our table to explain what was happening. Still tipped him but will NEVER recommend sitting with this server again. Long story short we waited for a total of 90 minutes for 1 platter of chicken wings and a side of fries. Don't sit in the bar area, sit at the bar.
