I understand having a bad day, we’ve all been there. She continued to ruin my day as well. I left the building in literal tears. Please hire people that have an ounce of respect

Just moved here the first time I was “helped” by an older woman and she was so rude no good morning no thank you no smile, I almost wrote a review then but I thought everyone is allowed to have a bad day let’s try again. 4 more times different people girls, guys, young and old not a single smile not a single nice exchange. They act like you are bothering them by ordering or even going there. Seriously fire the whole crew. I’ve worked customer service I know what it’s like to not wanna be at work but it’s your job to not let the customers know how miserable you are. Everyone looks unkept and angry. Who is the manager here? Is being insufferable a requirement for hiring?
