- KKKaderineMar 8, 20261.0Every time I come to this location the donuts never seem fresh, and the munchkins are hard as a rock. It’s really disappointing because I actually live closer to this Dunkin’, but my experiences here have not been good. This location is also walk-in only with no drive-thru, which would be fine if the experience inside was better. Unfortunately the dining area often looks gross or unwelcoming, and there usually seems to be only one staff member working. At this point I would honestly rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the 1108 Volvo Pkwy location because the quality and overall experience there is so much better.

Poor service I literally placed my order in the Dunkin app like I always do before arriving and still waited 10 minutes While dealing with the ignorance of the staff working here. I literally watched her assist three other people and basically had a team meeting at the front of the store with another employee about the how other employees not reporting to work. All AFTER I asked about my order and she asked for my name on my order. I often drive 10 minutes past this location and go to the Volvo location for a reason. These people are always out of their supplies and their customer service is horrible. I do not recommend this location to anyone. And the girl at front register on 2/22/26 @8:45-9am needs some serious training and her manager should not have a management position
