  I don’t know what’s going on with this Domino’s, but the delivery times are consistently awful. No matter the day or time, it takes over an hour and a half to get your order. The app is basically useless because it never updates, so you have no idea what’s actually happening with your food. Trying to call the store doesn’t help either. You can never get through to a real person. It’s just an endless loop of pre-recorded messages and “commercials.” Our most recent order was placed at 8:45 PM, and we didn’t receive it until after 11 PM. To make it worse, the food was completely cold, not even slightly warm. At this point, it’s not worth the frustration. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

  I didn't want to leave a Google review. I wanted to complain to Domino's but they just want to give me free pizza and it's not worth it. This location is understaffed and overwhelmed. They had one driver today and no one would answer the phone. After an hour, I went to the store and waited another 20 minutes because it hadn't even been started. There needs to be a way to let people know that their order is not "in progress" and may take an additional hour. There needs to be a way to opt out. Get these people some help!

  Completely unacceptable experience. Never buying from these store again . I ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich and was given something with no chicken at all — instead it had pieces of what looked like ham or bacon. No marinara sauce either. This is not a small mistake, this is basic order accuracy that any food place should be able to get right. Mistakes like this are a big deal, especially for people who cannot eat pork for religious or dietary reasons. This shows very poor attention to customer orders and questionable food handling standards. If you can’t tell the difference between chicken parmesan and a random ham sandwich, you seriously need to fix your kitchen process. Customers pay for what they order, not for whatever gets thrown together. Very disappointed. Double check your food before leaving this place because clearly they don’t.
