  I went in today to enjoy lunch with another person, whom we both proceeded to speak to an older white woman at the register. She seemed to not understand manners, as she would yell at her employee’s by name. I said nothing, as everyone runs their establishment different. Me and my friend then went and sat down. The service was incredible and speedy, but there was obviously tension in the air due to the Managers bossy ways. It was very quiet and awkward in there, with no music playing. Quite uncomfortable for some. The food was alright, just something to nibble on if you get famished during the day! Personally not my taste. The issue rose when the young man named (collin?) was simply checking his phone, understandable. The older woman began to loudly yell and demand that he handed over his phone in a very harsh manner. I understand consequences and correcting behavior, but doing this in-front of coworkers and customers is extreme unprofessional. She then continued to demand he hand over his phone, forcing him to put it beneath the counter (assumingely in a lockbox.) I got up and left. This is unacceptable! The young man did not deserve to be embarrassed.

  Went inside to order and maybe 5 minutes after I saw a burger box and a large fry get put into the bagging area, I then saw at least 3 different employees push that food aside to bag other orders that were made after totaling maybe 15-20 minutes of waiting after the food was made until the cashier left the register bagged said food and brought it to me, it was barely warm by the time they decided to stop pushing it aside to bag everything else and do my order that just sat there. If the cashier wasn’t so nice, and young, I would’ve raised an issue but I did not want to put her through dealing with that especially considering how busy it was at the time. All the orders that were bagged before mine were for the drive through so I can only assume that they are being timed for the drive through in someway and so just don’t give a rip if you order inside how long they make you wait. This one of my favorite fast food places and I always go through the drive through usually but clearly you should never order inside if you want your food hot and in a reasonable time.

  Stopped in and pleasantly surprised at the meal deal options. $7 for 3 tenders and fries with a soda and ice cream. Everything was good and experience was pleasant. Very clean inside in every area. Many people enjoying lunch inside and desserts. Huge cake display with selection to buy ice cream cakes. Definitely will be back!

  The Chili cheese dog combo went up. 😢 Getting too expensive. Outside the meal deals, it's too expensive. Sooner or later, I'll have to start eating there less.

  Came in tonight to grab a Blizzard with my son, and this is hands down the nicest Dairy Queen in the area. The ice cream was delicious, the restaurant was spotless, and every employee we interacted with was polite and well-mannered. A+++ experience!
