  Every time we come here the experience is consistently terrible and tonight was the last straw. I’m not sure how I can get “fresh” food off their line and it be cold within the 5 minutes it takes me to get home. My husband ordered double protein and his bowl was the size of a child’s plate. Not nearly double of protein that we paid nor was the bowl full. Such a disappointment. This location seems to need some corporate revamping because the quality was not anywhere what we’ve usually had at other locations.

  I always come to the chipotle for lunch, idk her name but she’s a older black lady and she ALWAYS shows my steak bowl love, her energy is amazing and I always get a chuckle out of her. I live all the way in hickory but only come to this location because the food and service is so good! Thank you!

  Very disappointed, alot of rice and a very little meat and the other items you have to ask for more beans, green peppers etc. You never have to ask for more rice though. I ask how much would it be to add more meat...I was told about $ 4.50 more. I see.Why I have not been in quite a few years. My last time dealing with Chipotle. Mo's is a bit more generous with the servings.

  I visited the store today around 12:20 PM. There was a woman and a man working the line. The woman was preparing the warm items and started taking my order. I asked for three soft tacos. While she was getting the tacos, she was bending under the metal counter and speaking in a way that made it difficult to hear her. Once she stood up, she repeated the question and asked what rice and beans I wanted. I told her no sofritas, and she then asked about queso and another topping. At that point I said the tacos would be meat-free and dairy-free. She didn’t hear me the first time, so I repeated it. She seemed confused for a moment and then responded, “So your answer is no,” in a very dismissive tone. The attitude and tone felt unnecessary for a simple clarification about dietary restrictions. Because of the interaction, I chose to leave without completing my order. I’ve visited this location before and the other staff members have always been kind and helpful, which is why this experience stood out so much. I hope management can address this so future customers have a better experience.

  Food was good. Tasted fresh. Could see workers chopping freshly grilled steaks. Very filling.
