- SSS SApr 1, 20264.0I must say the service at this drive through location is normal top notch however I've noticed the soft drinks in particular the sodas I've had (Root Beer & Dr. Pepper) carbonation & syrup content most often seem to be off. The Root Beer has 90% of the time flat. I did go inside on my last visit. I was never asked if my order was for here or to go however it was packaged to go which wasn't an issue for me. After another very low carbonated Root Beer I changed my refill option requesting Dr. Pepper, it taste nothing like Dr. Pepper at all. I would strongly suggest bringing you drink level up to meet the same as your customer service. 😃

I realize the flow and business vary based on hours and a cities population, but I've been to other CFAs in the area and even busier cities that do much better. Ive never written a review for this chick-fil-a, but overall my experience has been positive or neutral, so im writing this review in hopes that someone who cares about their performance recognizes the hit and misses that occur. Today was the worst one by far. They gave me the correct drink with my name, but gave me a food order that sounds nothing like my name, after waiting 20 minutes. I wait for a other 5 minutes, no one walks to my vehicle, I go inside. Someone immediately asked how they could help, which is a win. I gave them the other customers food, then waited an additional 15 minutes for my correct food. The food was cold, and was not due to the very short drive. They gave me incorrect sauces. In conclusion, they're a busy location, but not any busier than many other CFAs and I feel I have mistakes occur more often here than any others I frequent. The restaurant is nice and clean like any others, the employees are nice as usual, but more...distracted I feel. Overall, 3 out of 5 for a CFA.
