- JKJennifer KoslerMar 27, 20261.0It’s just really annoying to order breakfast to do everything on the app ahead of time and if you don’t hit, I’m already here early. You don’t get breakfast but it’s not even just that it’s that when that does happen. They just want to overexplain that the app is the problem instead of trying to help you in terms of getting the food you wanted or even trying to make it right the next day the Newport News Chick-fil-A would never handle a situation this way.
- OTO TMar 19, 20265.0I went to get the new jalapeno spicy chicken sandwich. They asked me if I wanted any condiments and I said no assuming they was just talking about Chick-fil-A sauce, ketchup, etc. Not knowing that I needed the ranch to go home my sandwich. So if you order the jalapeno chicken ranch sandwich, you say yes to the condiments or you won't get the ranch sauce but I made it do what it do. It's Chick-fil-A that's chicken sandwich heads down🤷🏽♂️

Today I ordered in the drive thru, it took forever to make it to the front of the line when they hand out food. As I’m waiting at the very front it took forever up there too. I wasn’t complaining about that though that’s normal I guess. My problem comes when my drinks are brought the employee told me to park. Mind you, at this point I’ve already waited a long time. When I asked her “why can’t I just pull forward I don’t feel comfortable parking” she says because I’ll block others. I’ll block others is crazy!!!! Their parking lot is an absolute nightmare to get in and out of it’s an accident waiting to happen which is why I opt for the drive thru. The customer service here sucks but let’s circle back to the “I’ll block others” comment. As if I’m not also a customer that’s been waiting awhile. Veryyyyy unprofessional customer service and NOT accommodating. I would like my money back for the quality and my experience here. Thennnnnn, the food I had to PARK for was COLD all of it!
