  I like Charleys, but my kids love the chicken california from this Charleys a lot. Also the taste testers didn't have to keep goving them one after the other, but they were super kind and I appreciate that. We bought two sanwiches just because of the customer service. The other was a buffalo chicken and it was delicious as well.

  I asked a woman who seemed to be the manager named Xiao, if I could use my Charleys buy 7, get the 8th free coupon and she shooed me away. ALSO, the cashier had forgotten to give me my drink after I ordered so when my food was done, I asked for the drink and she told him not to give it to me as if I had already got my drink when I was standing there with just the bag of food in my hand. She then proceeded to tell him to ring me up for a drink while we both were trying to explain to her that I had never got it. I don’t appreciate being treated like this as a paying customer.

  Food was delicious…I ordered my food on the kiosk and I selected fries and drink with my order..kiosk didn’t print out my order so I took a picture of my order number..I grab my order and no drink no fries and all the cooks have to say is that it wasnt put in didn’t show a copy of my receipt or anything bad customer service
