  We had a great experience with Tonya here. She was incredibly warm and welcoming and very attentive to our needs. She rocks! Highly recommend. Food was great too, overall a 5 star experience. Thanks, Tonya!

  I had a wonderful experience at Carrabba's Italian Grill, all thanks to Tonya! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a big, bright smile that instantly made us feel welcome. Tonya was very attentive throughout our visit and checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was just right. When we had questions about the menu, she gave great recommendations that did not disappoint. You can tell she truly cares about her guests having a great experience. One of the best suggestions she made was the $10 take-home meal, which we ended up getting—and it was totally worth it! Overall, Tonya went above and beyond, and her customer service was exceptional. I will definitely be coming back and will be asking for her every time!

  I am just writing this review a month later. I specifically kept my receipt so I could write a review but time got the better of me and I forgot. I have eaten here frequently and sometimes food is okay and service was hit and miss. This trip the food was superb! The waitress KeeKee was amazing! She was the reason I wrote this review. She had a wonderful personality and was always on time with our requests even being very busy! The only thing was we ordered the buy one take one home deal. The actual meal itself was a bit smaller than the normal in restaurant portion...just fyi BUT still worth getting. Thank you KeeKee!

  Gabby was absolutely phenomenal! She was incredibly polite, patient, and attentive throughout our entire experience. You can genuinely tell she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. We never had to ask for a single refill—she was always one step ahead. Exceptional service like this truly stands out. We’ll definitely be back!

  This was our first experience at this restaurant and we thought the service we received from Simone was phenomenal! She answered all of our questions, was patient, kind and extremely professional. We got the chicken trio dish, with garlic mashed potatoes, and all of it was deliciously amazing! We loved it so much we ordered one to go! We will definitely be back!
