  We opted to order thru the machine when you first walk through the door. We were finished placing the order when it asked for the number on the electronic hand held device. But those devices were no where to be found. One person in our party went up to the counter to ask what to do. After waiting a while an employee showed up but at that point the check in machine closed out our order. A lot of wasted time! We ordered at the counter. The food was good and quick in being ready. However, even though it is still listed online as part of the menu Panera no longer sells baked potato soup. I don’t think we will go back there for a long time.

  yesterday i went here with my daughters, the food was ok but one thing very disappointed me that, My two-year-old daughter was injured by the table their table corner is v sharp she was try to climb on the chair and she badly hurt on forehead she got a big cut that she got stitches too and she was bleeding a lot that i cannot even handle her alone and she was crying badly even all the customers was looking at us. my 7 year old daughter was helping me to giving me tissue paper to stop bleeding then i try to stop blood with my scarf and the thing which was v disappointed was not a SINGLE member of STAFF didn’t came to ask me that what happened or if i need any first aid for my daughter.. that was v sad then i took all my daughters and rush to emergency.. that was a bad day for me how cruel world is now..

  This Panera has the most kind employees! I stopped in quickly this morning and it made my day how all 4-5 of the employees I met were so upbeat, friendly, and helpful.

  Absolutely butchered my delivery order. Forgot sides that I paid for, got the remaining sides wrong, and most sandwiches were wrong.

  It was my first time got a Greek salad .It was very good and people are super friendly. It's hard to get a fast and healthy Lunch. Hats off great job I'll be back.
