  Every time I go to pick up my food the people at the counter always act like it’s there first day on the job and have never worked in customer service. The manager is lovely but unfortunately his team is unfriendly and unmotivated to do their job.

  So me and my two friends were coming there for lunch to do our gift exchange today we stood 20 minutes in line to get up to the register to order our food and the lady tells us it's going to take 30 minutes for us to get our food so we couldn't order and we had to leave

  I was excited for this location to reopen or return after closing during Covid, but both times items were left out. After pointing out that I was missing an item, it was insisted that the item was in the bag only for it to still be on the other side of the counter and not bagged. If I didn’t check I would have gotten to work without my sandwich or bed bowl.

  The staff is super friendly and warm!! The sandwiches and soups are great, bakery items even better! The place can get crowded but the atmosphere is made better by the staff & great music they play.
