  We waited FOREVER for our food. There was literally NO ONE inside eating, and there were probably 3 groups ahead of us inside waiting for food. They could not keep up with the orders, had someone constantly running food outside. We waited at least 30 minutes, they shorted us a fry, we went back over to the counter to tell them and had to wait another 5 minutes for them to bring that over and then after all of that, the food was COLD. 11/10 DO NOT RECOMMENDED this location.

  If you are using tge drive through be ready to be ignored. They expect everyone to use rhe kiosks. Never mind if you are at tgecregister because your have a coupon. Staff no urgency, cashier had to ask for help twice to process 2 hamburgers. Ordered fries after, took 10 minutes. Food quality was right...service is absolutely dismal Dining room ignored and they don't deliver to the table when you order through kiosk.

  Service was polite and fast but OMG the food was horrible. Bread was hard as a rock , fries tasted like they were cooked last week.

  Absolutely unacceptable wait times. This McDonald’s operates at a pace that makes you question whether the concept of “fast food” was ever explained to the staff. I waited an absurd amount of time just to place my order, and then even longer to receive it—despite the restaurant not being busy. Cars were barely moving in the drive-thru, employees seemed disorganized, and there was zero sense of urgency. Watching people ahead of me wait endlessly for basic orders was beyond frustrating. No communication, no apology, no explanation—just silence and wasted time. If you’re in a hurry (which is literally why people go to McDonald’s), do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Waiting this long for fast food is ridiculous and completely defeats the purpose. I won’t be coming back.
