  I regularly order online and in person from this store. My smoothie is always perfect and ready when I arrive. I'm always greeted even when the staff are very busy! On the occasion I order in the store, my order is made correctly and in a timely manner.

  I’ve visited this location multiple times, both in the mornings and evenings, and unfortunately the customer service has been consistently disappointing. On several occasions, I’ve stood at the register for over five minutes without anyone acknowledging me. When someone finally comes to the counter, there’s often no greeting or basic interaction. One visit stood out in particular. An employee came to the register and said, “What do you want?” in an extremely unfriendly tone. There was no welcome, no eye contact, no effort to make the interaction pleasant. The smoothies themselves are good, which is why I’ve continued to give this location chances. But consistent lack of friendliness and attentiveness makes the overall experience feel unwelcoming. It feels like there may be a gap in training or leadership expectations around customer service. I hope ownership takes this feedback seriously. The product is solid, but the service experience needs improvement.

  Love love love detox smoothie with peanut butter and yogurt added. Hate hate hate how inconsistent the smoothies are. Sometimes perfect and others bleh, as though they’re not adding the extras I’ve paid for (I can taste the difference in peanut butter particularly). Also, an appropriate response to “thank you” is not a scowl and “yup” whilst handing over a shitty smoothie. Two stars in service because occasionally someone will be a minimum amount of pleasant.
