  I wasn't going to leave a review since it's an average Taco Bell, but I got a notification asking how it was when I went last and the drive through employee was rude when I did go recently. I went around 1:40am on 2/26/2026. I know the restaurant closes at 2am, but I had just gotten off my 10 hour shift at the hospital, I have a 40-50 minute commute home, I just wanted something to tie me over when I got home. I only ordered a bean burrito, nothing crazy. The interaction was normal at first, but when I pulled up to the window, the younger girl didn't say a word. Just opened the window, grabbed my card, handed it back, gave me my food, and slammed the window in my face. I've worked in customer service most of my career, so I always try to be nice. So imagine my disappointment when I say thank you every time she handed me something and then closes the window on my face after everything. I get it, it's 20 minute before close, and I don't expect you to act like a ray of sunshine at 1am, but if you're getting paid to engage with the customer, the least you could do is that. Also, my expectations aren't high at all for Taco Bell, but the bean burrito I got that night had SO MANY diced onions that I had to scoop out most of them. Like spoonfuls of it. It felt almost malicious because of the amount of onions in my burrito, lol. And the cheese wasn't melted at all. Just a small complaint. I'm not boycotting Taco Bell or anything, but I hope I don't get that same girl again. I'm sure the service is much better during the day, but not everyone at night is a belligerent customer, guys. :(

  I placed an app order today 2/21/26. It’s my daughter’s 16th birthday and I have the flu so I couldn’t cook anything for her. She loves Taco Bell. My order was over $80. We get our order home and not only were the 8 nacho fries missing, but everything was ice cold. I’m not talking about lukewarm. I would have accepted warm. It was like the food was stored in the refrigerator. I’m highly disappointed. This was the only thing I could do for my daughter today for her birthday since I am sick and the food was awful.

  Tuesday January 13 2026 worst employee's ever gave me a frozen drink when I simply said I ordered a large mountain dew food was so sloppy they wouldn't give me my creamy sauce said it was on the food when I know it comes in a clear cup with a lid there was no crunch to my crunch wrap they didn't put the hard shell in it gave my friend a frozen vanilla cream soda that she didn't order all of the food was so skimpy and all employee's was on the phone talking personal stuff talking over everyone's food a guy had to yell and ask for is large cup so he could get his drink and they didn't roll the beefy tacos they folded them like it was a hard shell taco worst taco bell in charlottesville the employee's was just nasty looking the black guy kept scratching his head with the gloves he was handling food with that just sick
