  The young lady working right now(February 28, 2026 at 7:55 P.M., is very rude. She needs some serious customer service training and people development skills. She was rushing us to place our order. Should could not answer 1 simple question about a menu item. Upon not answering the question, she randomly added an item to our order that was not what I even inquired about. Finally after approaching the window, she responded rudely and did not even know what order was ours. There was only one person behind us in line and they hadn't finished placing their order yet. After confirming which order was ours, she just walked away. We ended up leaving without our order. I usually do not leave negative reviews, because I also work in customer relations and hospitality; however, someone with the attitude and unprofessionalism she expressed should not be working in the service industry. She has alot to learn.

  Not sure who it is working at this exact moment but service was horrible. We went through drive thru and had questions. The lady was rude and kept saying yeah and trying to rush us. We get to the window no greeting. Just asked us if we ordered grilled cheese. We said no. Told her what we ordered slammed window and walked away. So we drove off. We will not eat at a place like this

  First when I go to order, there is no one at the front counter. I go to order on the mobile station and they are out of all of their products it feels like. I order a sandwich I was already iffy about but it was the only thing that I would eat out of the remaining options. When I go to get my food at the counter they tell me they are also out of the bread for the sandwich as well. My friends Mac and cheese came out ice cold. He sent it back and it came back at room temperature, if that. His soup tastes terrible and had hard pieces in it. All the employees are wearing “AirPods” and all the tables are dirty and have crumbs on them. Terrible experience, don’t ever come to this location.

  Ordered through the drive-thru at Panera Bread and was handed my food with zero silverware. No fork, no spoon, nothing. When you’re ordering soups, salads, or bowls, silverware isn’t exactly optional—it’s basic common sense. By the time I realized, I was already back on the road. So unless Panera expects customers to eat soup with their hands or pull over and improvise, this is just careless. If I wanted to play “hunt for utensils,” I wouldn’t have used the drive-thru. For how expensive Panera is, the experience should be effortless—not inconvenient. Simple details matter, and this one was completely overlooked. Very disappointing.
