When asked the manager about it, he simply said that this is just how it is and they bake the bread a day before. A very poor experience all in all. Never visiting again.

I now come here every weekend to get two bagels and a fountain drink to go and I love it. The bagels are fresh, the fountain dispensers are actually ready to go, and the staff always give service with a smile. Shoutout to Eva for the excellent customer service experience! A note: I’d still go inside and get your order, as it tends to be faster.

Half of the order was missing which raises concern and Panera made money free and not providing the product is questionable to me on their ethics at this particular location. To make matters worse, my partner wasn’t feeling well and the comfort food of Panera especially the soups was such an inconvenience. We only received 1 sandwich and 1 soup when we ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 two soups with bread bowl. All of which was not in the bag after they checked marked all on the receipt as it was and the bag was fully sealed shut. It was a very disappointing experience, I understand Panera prices has increased significantly due to inflation in which we are happy to pay with no complaint but service should reflect that and make sure customers receive the food they paid for.
