After pointing out that I was missing an item, it was insisted that the item was in the bag only for it to still be on the other side of the counter and not bagged. If I didn’t check I would have gotten to work without my sandwich or bed bowl.

This last time I ordered online and waited about 50 minutes for my order. The last 2 times I waited about 30 minutes for a simple soup and sandwich. Each time something has been missing from my order. I am hesitant to return.

By the time it came out they were out of chips, out of the tomato soup we ordered, and we were charged a surcharge on the fruit cup without being notified that was the case. When told about the soup, the manager said none of the other soups would really work but I could replace it with another one. I asked if it could be mac n cheese and she said no. Cool. Also, we asked if we could get a half sandwich and we're told yes and then were charged for a full one with half of it wrapped to go. Didn't realize it until the food came out (finally). Oh, and we had to ask for wipes to clean our own table.
