The woman who spoke was genuine and it’s not her fault but it took 5 mins to just talk to someone about my order which I placed ahead of time so I wouldn’t have to wait in line. There was 1 car infront of me and I saw atleast 4 people inside so either they don’t care about their jobs enough to help or the staff that was there doesn’t know what to do and is new. Either way a 10 plus min wait after placing a mobile order to talk to someone plus additional wait to get my food and drink is crazy. I’ve worked fast food this wasn’t it
