After all, your business is to deliver food. I’ve had several great deliveries from this store, but tonight was different. First, Russ(ell) couldn’t follow my simple instructions - to drive to the front of my building on High St. and leave my order just inside the exterior door, necessitating an awkward phone call from him and us playing hide and go seek on the basement floor on the back side of my building to find each other. And then, my pizza wasn’t cut - at all. It’s a good thing I’m a functional adult and have my own pizza cutter. Finally, as if Russ knew I was going to complain about my service, when I went to “Tell [you] how [you] did” in the Dominos app, I got an error. I look forward to a better experience on my next order.
