Told him we had 3 kids at home and needed to get dinner. Nobody knows what they’re doing. No customer service knowledge in the building whatsoever.

I can't even leave because of the layout of the drive through. This is absurd- send the person who is too early to the pickup parking spot. Don't make us all wait here while you make these peoples entire order. This is the last time I'll be using the chipotlelane to pick up an order. Edit: it ended up being a total of 28mins in the chipotlelane and yes my order was just sitting on the shelf ready to go... does that mean my meal was sitting there for 33 mins (since I got there 5 mins after the promised time)... probably. Is that considered a health code violation? Idk 🤷♂️ but I definitely won't be back.
