I usually order through the app to save time going out to pick up my lunch. I always wait until I’m notified that my order is ready to pick up. Every time I arrive, it is never on the shelves for to-go orders. It’s always behind the counter at the to-go station where online orders are being made. My experience today offered no acknowledgement other than “What can I do for you?”. I said that I was there to pick up my order. The crew member said “Well, do you see your name on a bag behind the counter?” I proceeded to step behind the counter and pick up my food. I don’t understand why there are dedicated shelves for to-go orders if they are not being utilized. It’s not efficient for people who order online to wait around the counter, considering that their orders are ready for pickup.
