  This food is wonderful! Steak is better than any steak house I've been to! And it is consistently great! Delicious bread with olive oil and spices... super nice environment and lots of seating, cute cocktails and nice appetizers!

  I had a great experience! Kristin was very welcoming and knowledgeable about every question I asked. Delicious drinks and great atmosphere. I told Kristin what I usually like and her food and drink recommendations were perfect. Will be coming back soon!

  I placed a pickup order at Bonefish Grill and unfortunately they were out of the Diablo Linguine I ordered. That could have easily turned into a frustrating experience, but Nathan, the manager, completely flipped it around. Without hesitation, he offered me a side of Bang Bang Shrimp on the house and handled the situation with professionalism, confidence, and genuine care. He didn’t just solve the problem, he made me feel valued as a customer. Great management shows up in moments like that. Nathan took ownership, moved quickly, and made sure I left satisfied. That level of leadership speaks volumes about how he runs his team and why Bonefish Grill continues to deliver a strong customer experience. Appreciate you, Nathan. That’s how you build loyalty.

  On Saturday the 14th, my sisters and I stopped for LUNCH. Walked in and was going to eat at the bar side which was almost empty at bar and the tables. Well no sign was posted, it was still lunchtime and the two at the door entrance turned us away telling us we had to have reservations??? It was lunchtime, the bar and tables in that area were empty. Will not come back to this location. If you are requiring reservations due to whatever then post it on door. This is second time at this location it was real bad experience. Will drive to Fredericksburg next time as the service and people are great at that location.

  We had a reservation which was respectfully honored. Livia was a joy to have as our server. We had a delicious meal with two friends. Since it was my birthday, Livia presented us with a complimentary dessert. We have dined at Bonefish many times and will continue to do so. We loved Livia’s cute drawings on the receipt to again cerebrate my birthday. It was a lovely evening all the way around.
