  Now I understand why they only have a 3.9 star rating it is because they are awful. I went through the drive-thru and I kept being told to hang on and wait while I listen to a conversation going on in the background. I had to give my order repeatedly because the person could not get the order right and all I ordered was a number three combo and added on a cherry turnover. They must not weigh out the meat is there supposed to because I only had a fraction of what belonged on the sandwich and it was pretty bare. You couldn't even see the meat there and I had to open the bun to make sure it was. They matched the sandwich so that the bread was just a squashed mess. They even forgot to put the turnover in the bag and when I looked at the receipt they didn't even ring it in as the right flavor. I will make the trip a few miles up the road to the better Arby's before I will ever touch this one again.

  W One of the best order taker/servers we have had in a long time. We had 7 in our group. No problems.
