  Ordered a chicken mini meal through the app at 10:14am for a walk in pick up order to save time and be within the breakfast window. First time using the app. I placed my order, it said submitted, & my debit card was charged. Finished up a bit of work and took and early lunch to pick up my order. Arrived to find my order not there, the store had no history of my order, and since it was after breakfast they couldn’t help me. They told me to cancel my order and it should disappear from my card in a couple days. Well I cancelled the order and now have no proof of payment. I asked how I would be refunded if there’s no history of payment or order and he said some how they would figure it out….I then had to ORDER AND PAY FOR A SECOND MEAL WITH NO GUARANTEE THE FIRST ONE WOULD BE CHARGED OFF. So somehow they would give me a free meal or something for the first mistake and then charged me for a second meal. So I wasted my lunch break, was late to work, spent $40 on a $12 meal I don’t even want because I wanted something for lunch at that point. The last 12 count nugget meal was half inedible. Everyone is nice there, but Rob just didn’t have any real answers for me. It’s not his fault. I called customer service to try to figure it out afterwards and they were not much more helpful. What I did find was that even if you make a mobile order, they don’t start making your meal until you get there and say your at the store so it doesn’t get cold, which is nice. But also kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead to save som time.

  Okay this is my favorite Chick-fil-A in Charlottesville forsure!! But today has to be one of the best times thru the drive thru… though I had to park and wait… kenzie how was running orders has more hustle in her then I have seen in years!! So awesome.

  This is my second time receiving the wrong order on a to-go pickup at this location, and I am beyond frustrated. Both times it has been the exact same issue, I order grilled, and I get fried. The first time, I ordered grilled chicken nuggets and was given regular fried nuggets instead. I let it go. Today, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and was handed a fried chicken sandwich. This is not a coincidence this is a careless pattern that needs to be addressed immediately. To make matters worse, getting in touch with anyone at this location is nearly impossible. I called and waited 15 minutes on Option 2 with absolutely no response. However, the moment I pressed the catering option, someone picked up instantly. That tells me the staff is available they are just choosing not to answer certain calls. That is completely unprofessional. The drive-through is also a mess. Chick-fil-A sets a very high standard for customer service, and this location is falling far short of it. Management needs to take a serious look at how orders are being handled and how phone calls are being managed. Customers should not have to fight to get the correct food they paid for. I hope to see real improvements, because right now this experience does not reflect the Chick-fil-A brand at all. Team member saved is Ryan

  The wait wasn't bad, but they got my gallon of UNSWEET Tea wrong. They took back the sweet tea and said to pull over and wait. 15 min later I get out and go in. While waiting inside I happened to notice a man standing by my car with the tea. He did apologize but glad I wasn't on my lunch! Can't believe I am only person that orders a gallon of UNSWEET TEA.
