- SSScott StevensApr 18, 20265.0My wife and I haven't been out to lunch or dinner for a long while and chose here for our day date, The hostess was friendly and our server Kevin was excellent and very attentive, The food was exceptional and fresh, bang bang shrimp appetizer, twin lobster tails with cole slaw and jasmine rice very delicious and for dessert bourbon brownie. We will be back to this location.

The Heat Wave Martini was refreshing with a light citrus profile and just a touch of jalapeño heat that wasn’t overpowering. Even the bread with herb oil was a nice touch and added to the overall experience. Service was attentive and relaxed, and the atmosphere felt calm and comfortable, making it an easy spot to unwind for a drink, especially for those who prefer a quieter setting. Overall, a great place to stop in, enjoy a well made cocktail, and take a moment to relax.

I am a customer service supervisor and the way that she listens to us during small talk made it easy for her to keep the conversation going and we were able to crack jokes and have fun!! She needs to be given an opportunity to teach a class on how to read the room ( customer) and taylor the service to fit the customer. You call it Banter with Jillian: how to make your customer feel like your friend!! This was such a good visit to bonefish, because bake in December when we were there my husband got sick an we had to leave in an ambulance !!!
