I’ve visited this location several times for pickup orders, and each time, I’ve been ignored when I walk in — no greeting, no acknowledgment, no eye contact. Meanwhile, I’ve seen other customers walk in and get immediate attention at the counter. Pickup orders are also placed behind the pick up shelf even when they are ready while others are placed on the shelf which causes unnecessary confusion and delays. When I asked an employee about it, I was met with a hostile and rude response: “What are you gonna do?” — which came across as extremely unprofessional and rude. Absolutely disgusting. This pattern has occurred on multiple occasions with more than one staff member. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and definitely won’t be giving them my business.

There was no hand soap, and they should replace the plunger and the toilet brush, as that negatively affects the image of the establishment. I can only imagine what the hygiene must be like in the area where the blenders are.

It does not taste good at all. Nobody will answer the phone when I call, so I will be stopping by tomorrow about 4pm to have it remade for me. I have the one that was made in the fridge and I will bring it in tomorrow for you to see. I expect to speak with a manager tomorrow to discuss and make this right at this location.
