  I placed an order in the app on New Year’s Eve! I don’t live in chantilly but was passing by so placed it there for pickup. My order confirmation said the order would be ready at 3:39. I had stopped to get gas. I received a call from the store at 3:45 that they were closing and that my order would be left out front! I told him I was exiting into the Willard rd. He wouldn’t wait 2-3mins. I then told him to just cancel the order then. I still haven’t received a refund. I get that they closed early but I had no idea. The app didn’t say. This guy didn’t call me to give me a heads up. He called me to tell me he was leaving my food outside. Had I had any idea that they were closing I wouldn’t have stopped to get gas. I just don’t understand how it is even right to want to sit my food outside on the ground. 3 sandwiches and 2 drink! If this store received my order around closing he could have called to make sure I’d be there at a specific time because they were closing. So unprofessional. Then I receive a call today from a lady working there. I’m thinking she is returning my call. She tells me she didn’t mean to call me and tried to get off the phone. I told her I still hadn’t received a refund. She told me they don’t do refunds once an order is paid. That the manger wouldn’t be in for a few days so she couldn’t help me . Terrible

  What a fun place to visit! The food was delicious and my Bahama Mama Tropical Smoothie was yummy.

  This location is super efficient! I blinked and my order was ready! Amy makes the best wraps and is super kind.

  Why does my smoothie taste like straight juice, I’m really unsure what I'm consuming here and this is unfortunate. I was expecting a thicker and softer texture for a smoothie for sure.

  Consistently unwelcoming and unprofessional service. I’ve visited this location several times for pickup orders, and each time, I’ve been ignored when I walk in — no greeting, no acknowledgment, no eye contact. Meanwhile, I’ve seen other customers walk in and get immediate attention at the counter. Pickup orders are also placed behind the pick up shelf even when they are ready while others are placed on the shelf which causes unnecessary confusion and delays. When I asked an employee about it, I was met with a hostile and rude response: “What are you gonna do?” — which came across as extremely unprofessional and rude. Absolutely disgusting. This pattern has occurred on multiple occasions with more than one staff member. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and definitely won’t be giving them my business.
