    Zero stars for the unprofessional store manager. It's seems she can't manage it all. And not able even to change wheels on the kids carts. They are too old and loose. Carts is very hard to push especially loaded. I asked to do that about a month ago. Still not done. She is creating a bad experience for kids who want to help. Why she is still a manager. Also she can't even give a call back to me which is just hilarious. Looks like some workers of that store work better

    The. Produce dept. needs to sell fresh items, many are rotting. The potatoes are also rotting.the pasta has changed . I was able to buy pasta Barilla made from vegetables but thats diminishing .many frozen items have expiring dates or almost expiring. Why not 2027 ,Ike other stores. They sell bread at cold cuts dept. that aren’t fresh and some rancid.

    8pm. Parked on one end of the store. Went in. Grabbed what I came for and was done paying at 8:04pm. Kid was locking the door on the side I came in on as I approached. Wouldn't let me out. Had to walk all the way to the other side then back down to the same locked door. Passed customer service on my out the opposite doors and saw a manager. Briefly mentioned how unnecessary it was. He didn't give a shit. Who locks up at 8pm? Should have stopped at the Harris Teeter I voluntarily passed instead. It's silly I have to post this but would it have hurt to let me out the door you clearly saw me approaching before you locked it? At the very least the manager could have apologized instead of giving me a smirk and making some type of laughing or horse noise. Probably in one ear and out the other. I just needed some sausage. I'll be sure to skip this store next time I need to make a full grocery run.
