I specifically chose the Handmade Pan crust, but the pizza I received was made with thin crust instead. I was disappointed because I did not receive the crust I ordered. If the Handmade Pan crust was unavailable, I would have appreciated being informed before the order was completed.

I asked the staff to cancel or correct it right away, but they completely refused to help and said cancellation was not possible—even though the order had just been placed. Because of this, I had to cancel food I had ordered from another vendor, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. The staff showed no willingness to resolve the issue or even explain properly. There was zero customer care or flexibility. Mistakes can happen, but how staff handles them matters. This location clearly does not care about customer experience. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.
