This same issue has happened multiple times — when you come to pick up an order, they ignore you for several minutes without saying a word. No acknowledgment, no update, nothing. Another driver waiting beside me agreed about the constant delays. A few employees are professional, but too many just stand around pretending to be “busy” instead of simply asking if you’re picking up or providing a quick update. Pickup orders are supposed to be ready by the pickup time. Instead of acting arrogant and rude, try doing the job correctly and respecting people’s time. Truly sad and low quality service. Update: On a recent visit multiple staff members have checked in with me during pickups. It was a noticeable improvement, and I appreciate the effort. Hopefully this becomes the standard moving forward thank you👍
