  Chipotle Chantilly was disappointing. The food came out cold, including the rice and meat, which completely kills the experience. Chipotle is supposed to be fast and fresh, but this felt like the food had been sitting for a while. On top of that, the service was slow even though the place wasn’t very busy. Staff moved with no urgency, and the line took way longer than it should have. When you’re paying these prices, basic things like hot food and decent speed shouldn’t be an issue. I’ve been to other Chipotle locations and this one is clearly below standard. Unless this location improves food temperature and service speed, it’s hard to recommend.

  The guacamole was a bit salty, but the other ingredients were fresh, so overall it was still satisfying.

  I really try to avoid this place I like chipotle but there always something at this one either the food is way too salty or rice undercooked or the chicken is dry almost like ground chicken Instead of nice fresh cut chicken . The staff always give you a mad look as they aren’t happy to be there.

  After purchasing my bowl and burrito, I walked to my house and the bag broke. I had drove all the way back to chipotle to show them, and the manager had the audacity to say it was my fault in another language that I also spoke. Got a bowl and a burrito, but they made me go back in a long line to get it after their own bag broke on me…
