  The night crew is awesome, they’re welcoming and friendly. Elba was the person who assisted me, answered all of my questions, and helped me with my order she’s great.

  It was my first time trying Cava, I was welcomed and greeted by the night crew, one of the crew members named Elba, was especially helpful. She was very sweet and polite. She took the time to go over the greens, the protein, the sauces etc. and my bowl turned out delicious. I had great experience.

  I’ve been coming to this CAVA CHANTILLY location for a long time and have never had an issue before. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. I ordered two bowls, and the employee completely failed to prepare the second bowl properly. She left out most of the items but still charged me for the full meal. I was polite the entire time, and it honestly felt intentional — especially because I asked for some items to be put on the side. It seemed like that annoyed her. What makes it worse is that I live far away. By the time I got home and realized the bowl was incomplete, I couldn’t go back to fix it. Paying full price for a meal that wasn’t even properly made is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience, especially as a long-time customer.
