  I have been coming to this CAVA since it has open. I have in love with the food and just a perfect place to eat and reset. Over the last couple months this specific CAVA has given me more problems. I am a food reviewer and content creator. So what does that mean I have to record and review the food. I went to CAVA one night there were not a lot of customers there. I recorded the food and myself. A man that was cleaning up behind said in a aggressive tone " Miss. Miss. Are you recording?" I respond " Yes, I am a content creator and I am recording the food and myself no one else" He says okay. the lady working on my bowl gets completely red and asks the man in Spanish what he said to me he translates. She gets upsets with me and says " your recording me? You can't record in here" I respond saying " I am not recording you I am recording the food and I am a content creator but if it is a will put my phone away". I put my phone away and finish my order. I asked her for 2 dressings on the side for the pita chips and she gave them to me ( remember that) I left finished my video and did not return to that CAVA for a couple months. Couple Months later I am coming from work and I decided to go back to this CAVA because its the closest to home. They already had an attitude and when I asked for braided lamb he gave me all fat . eww. I order my food same lady that is serving me a couple months back. I get to the end of the line I ask for my pita chips and 2 dressings on the side. She says no she can not give me the dressings I can only get two. Now I got two on the bowl and I was not informed about this new rule. Again however, I WATCHED the lady in front of me get 4 dressings on the side not restrictions. I said " okay, i have been here before and there was no problem. I just want them from the chips." she says " No, I cannot you can only do the dips but I will ask my manager." Now the guy who was closing the order out goes to pour the sauce in the ramekin and she yells "NO , WAIT" She goes up to the guy whispers in his ear you can't give them extra she already has 2." The Manager approaches with rudely and says " Maam you cannot get the dressings for the pita chips only the dips" Me personally I don't like the dips so I asked if there was anyway to be charged for the dressings on the side he again says "no you cannot get the dressing for the pita chips that's it." After I said fine and let it be and left. I will not be going back CAVA anymore. The dynamic, employees and atmosphere have all shifted in a negative way. They get rude when you ask for extra and give small proportions. And No its not all CAVAs that do this just this one.

  As most restaurants are doing, they are short changing on the protein. Once 2 scoops of protein, now less, they literally poured out half of the 2nd scoop. SMH. I dont go there anymore

  Server was extremely rude. Ordered fried pita bread and asked for sauce. She was flat our refusing to provide with a rude tone without even offering it for a charge until I told her that I can pay. Never seen such a rude server at Cava.

  I would give ZERO star if I can. They left out the pickled onions, sweet potatoes, and cucumbers for my order. Now my bowl taste horrible. It is YOU, the manager, to hire someone who is NOT LAZY enough to fill the order properly. Terrible experience at this Chantilly location!

  The last 2 visits I’ve been getting less and less chicken. I always ask for extra and never once asked for anything special. Just this one time they really pissed me off. Each scoop was about half full. I told them it looks too little to be a full scoop and the lady added just one or two chicken pieces. It’s insulting honestly.
