  I placed a pickup order through the app and arrived at the restaurant at the scheduled time. When I gave my name, I was told the order wasn’t ready, so I waited. After sitting there for about 30 minutes with no updates, I went back to the counter to ask for a status. The employee said they didn’t realize I had already checked in, which was frustrating since I had clearly spoken to staff when I arrived. When I questioned the delay, I was told the order had been canceled by accident. At no point did a manager step in to address the situation or attempt to resolve the issue. I ended up requesting a refund and leaving. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was unacceptable. I will be taking my business to another location going forward.   One of the best pizzas (highest quality) I have ever eaten in a long time, and there is a $3 personal pizza deal going on Tuesdays! Unbelievable, loved it, ordered this morning and later this evening!

  I ordered off the app and called the store to make sure a modification went through. I was informed by the manager it didn't but he was so kind to help me out and fix it. I appreciate this level of service and care and why we continue to come back. Thank you!
