- KRKristin RiosApr 9, 20261.0Someone just posted right before me of the same experience. The food was over an hour late, they said they couldn’t find our address and went back to the store. They went to the wrong place and didn’t even try to find the correct house even though they’ve been here. We called and told them the mistake they made and they came 10 minutes later with cold food. They took no accountability and the customer service was terrible (especially Carlos). They better stand by their word and refund every penny of my money. This is the second time they’ve royally screwed up. DO NOT ORDER HERE
- ECEungi CahyoApr 9, 20261.0This place sucks they said it would take 10 minutes for our food to deliver and it has been 1h+ and still haven't gotten it we called the place horrible staff and rude staff they cursed at us and they were yelling at us and they said they would remake and it would take 20 minutes and it took 1 hour and 30 minutes food was cold and nasty do not deliver from this place and i didn't get a refund so papa johns will be hearing from my lawyer

- JMJ MFeb 7, 20261.0I used to eat at this place frequently, and the staff used to be more kind. I'd highly recommend that the current manager and staff learn customer service skills from the start. The skinny dude basically told me that I have some attitude issues when I tried to get a refund and explained the food issue. If you treat and talk to customers this way, you shouldn't even consider doing business in the first place.
