Prices are getting nuts, but I'm pretty sure the franchise owners don't control them, so it's not fair to blame the individual locations (unless they're corporate owned). However, this location is one of the only ones I've seen with offers via apps, so that's always helpful to offset the cost.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
