- EEERROR ERRORNov 12, 20253.0Staff was not knowledgeable on the app and rewards program at all, kept insisting I use my points to get money off when I didn't want to. Food was also not up to par for Subway, my cookie was old, cold, and hard. And the toaster must be on the fritz cause my sandwich was barely toasted at all, cheese still cold.
