The skinny dude basically told me that I have some attitude issues when I tried to get a refund and explained the food issue. If you treat and talk to customers this way, you shouldn't even consider doing business in the first place.

When I got there, the order ticket was still sitting in the machine untouched, even though the place was dead. The staff told me to wait 10 more minutes, so I did. In total, I waited 25 minutes just to get handed the wrong pizza, it was cheese only. I had to go back in and tell them they messed up the order. They didn’t do anything extra to make it right. The guy just goes, “Oh sorry, gimme a minute,” and hands me a terrible looking pepperoni pizza with no extra pepperoni, even though I paid extra for it. I didn’t even feel like dealing with it anymore, so I left. After taking one slice, I ended up dumping the whole thing. Never coming here again. I’ll go to the MetroTech Drive location instead. And honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they gave that cheese pizza to someone else after I touched it too.
