  Drive-Thru swamped. Use dining room. The ice cream cone is unusually small as compared to other McDonald's.

  Skip going to this McDonald's unless you want sub-par service. I went into the drive through, and the person taking orders did okay but he didn't bother to repeat how much my order was and give me a receipt Normally, I wouldn't care about a receipt especially since I had a small, straight forward order. However, in this case, it would have been good to have a receipt because the employee who was giving out food did not care enough to actually check what each order contains. He just handed out the food, not even saying a word or even confirming what was ordered. He then asked anything else. I said, I'm waiting for the other meal I ordered. He then asked for my receipt. I told him the other employee didn't give me one. He eventually read the order, and gave me my meal, but he couldn't be bothered to give me basic things like napkins, straws or even the sauces I had asked for at the order window. Please skip this location; there are better ones that actually care about their customers.

  So tired of this Mcdonalds. I will not be going back. I'll instead drive an extra 7-8 minutes to go to the one in Chantilly. Every single time my Wife or I order for our family from this location our order is incorrect. And I'm not exaggerating, literally every time. It's actually an ongoing bit when we sit down or park after drive through to check our order and then have to go order our "2nd order" as we call it. That's really not even the worst part though, as we dealt with it pretty lightheartedly for a while, the employees will COMPLETELY ignore you and when you ask them a question they will give you the craziest deer in the headlights look and mumble something or just not respond at all, look around confused, then walk off. Soooo sooo tired of wasting my time here that it is a no-brainer time saver to just drive further to a different Mcdonalds and have the peace of mind to drive off with the correct meal 50% of time instead of literally never.

  I work extremely late hours, so when I get off all I want is hot calories for me and my SO. This McDonald's being 24 hours SHOULD mean it's perfect for me. However, multiple times I have come here and been told, by people over the drive thru microphone, that "we are actually closed and your order is canceled". Which is especially interesting when the line is full of people being served, and the person in the store opts to sing this information at me. I understand fast food is not the most fulfilling work, but there are people out here who desperately need the jobs these people are stealing. You can and should do better.

  Extremely clean and the staff are on point and kind. It feels like a Community center. The steps to climb up into the play area are a bit tall for 2-3 year olds. But the top area is big and very excess-able. Sturdy enough for a more agile parent to help their children get up then allow them to free play up on their own.
