- RRRogerJan 4, 20261.0On 1/3/2026 at 4:48 PM, I stopped at the Dunkin located at 14631 Lee Hwy., Centreville, VA. I ordered two coffees for my wife and I, and attempted to order a frozen hot cocoa for my child. The hostess running the register lacked the ability to understand what I was asking for, and could not communicate effectively with me. I asked if anyone else was available to assist, but she informed me that the other worker was in the back laying down because they were sick. Not only is this unacceptable that an employee was left to run a register that could not communicate with me, but it is DISGUSTING that a sick employee was on the premises sleeping in the back given the devastating flu that is going around. There have been very few times in recent memory that I’ve been left shocked in this day and age, but this takes 1st place. While there is nothing that will change my experience at this location, I definitely want to share this experience to warn others of the disgusting practices taking place at this location. Management should do better!

- LLLisa LenoNov 23, 20251.0I have visited this location for 18 years. Lately the service has significantly dropped. The store is open until 7pm but good luck picking up a donut after 11am. The name is Dunkin Donuts not super sugary drinks, which is all they have after 11am. Years ago they would have both racks full of donuts. In the past year it has been narrowed to one and now down to half of one, but plenty of staff on site I assume earning a paycheck.
