  The afternoon shift workers (the two boys) they are new and idk who’s idea it was to not have an experienced worker with them, I got my order after 15 mins and it’s just me and another person and they were in their phone calling while making orders..

  Two young guys who lack both experience and basic customer service. Waited for more than 10 mins for a single iced latte, only for it to be made wrong and tastes like milk and sugar with no coffee. I politely asked if they used the right milk (almond milk) because it tastes different and the color was way too light (I drink it everyday). They simply said “we used almond milk” and then walked away. Didn’t offer to remake or anything. Zero customer service skills.

  SCAM! Been here twice and they never take the donuts they do not have in stock off the online order. Both times ordered donuts and they did not have what I ordered and instead of refunding they ask to choose something else. Waste of time and money.

  Nice. Been going here since it opened. The donuts are amazing and also the floors/tables are pretty clean. Though, the bathrooms were a bit dirty and I wouldn't recommend it for bathroom use. The staff was friendly as always and I enjoyed myself :)

  On 1/3/2026 at 4:48 PM, I stopped at the Dunkin located at 14631 Lee Hwy., Centreville, VA. I ordered two coffees for my wife and I, and attempted to order a frozen hot cocoa for my child. The hostess running the register lacked the ability to understand what I was asking for, and could not communicate effectively with me. I asked if anyone else was available to assist, but she informed me that the other worker was in the back laying down because they were sick. Not only is this unacceptable that an employee was left to run a register that could not communicate with me, but it is DISGUSTING that a sick employee was on the premises sleeping in the back given the devastating flu that is going around. There have been very few times in recent memory that I’ve been left shocked in this day and age, but this takes 1st place. While there is nothing that will change my experience at this location, I definitely want to share this experience to warn others of the disgusting practices taking place at this location. Management should do better!
