- KCKaren CagleApr 23, 20262.0The wrap was ok but the customer service and atmosphere were poor. I ordered online and arrived on time for pickup. Three workers saw me enter and continued to work in the back. There was no line or people waiting. No one greeted me or said one minute please or such. They just kept doing what they were doing without being in any kind of hurry. When someone did come to the counter, she still didn’t greet me or smile. She didn’t say anything. And there should be a dress code. I would not wear the stretch pants and sweat pants to mow grass. Not what I expected from tropical smoothie.

I found a hair in my food and I was only like 4 bites in. Im stuck at work and unable to get new food. And its not exactly cheap. This was a treat and now my appetite is gone. Just please wear a hair net, a hat, SOMETHING. I hate being this person but I feel its better me than some crazy person. Please be mindful of it in the future. Thank you!
- JWJohn WashingtonNov 17, 20251.0My wife and I stopped in for a quick snack at the Carrollton Va site. The time was around 5:00 pm . We arrived at the counter, awaiting service. To my surprise, the individuals working behind the counter looked at us, but did not even acknowledge us!! We waited at least 5 minutes before someone finally came to take our order. The person taking our order was not very friendly, and did not even apologize for the delay in service. After placing my order, I thought about asking for the manager; but I was in too much pain from a herniated disc diagnosis from earlier. I just wanted to leave. This kind of service is very unacceptable; and serves to reinforce the fact that I won’t be doing business at this establishment again. I know this review will not be investigated, but the young people working behind the counter on the counter need to consider getting out of customer service. I’d be glad to speak to someone regarding this matter. John Washington
