  My wife and I stopped in for a quick snack at the Carrollton Va site. The time was around 5:00 pm . We arrived at the counter, awaiting service. To my surprise, the individuals working behind the counter looked at us, but did not even acknowledge us!! We waited at least 5 minutes before someone finally came to take our order. The person taking our order was not very friendly, and did not even apologize for the delay in service. After placing my order, I thought about asking for the manager; but I was in too much pain from a herniated disc diagnosis from earlier. I just wanted to leave. This kind of service is very unacceptable; and serves to reinforce the fact that I won’t be doing business at this establishment again. I know this review will not be investigated, but the young people working behind the counter on the counter need to consider getting out of customer service. I’d be glad to speak to someone regarding this matter. John Washington

  October 2025: I’ve noticed a big change in quality of the smoothies. They don’t have the same rich flavor anymore, and it’s not because they’re using less sugar. It’s just that the flavor is different. I’ve been ordering less and less lately, and I’m hoping they can fix it.

  I ordered a wrap with no lettuce and tomatoes. It still had lettuce and then pieces of tomatoes where you could tell it was removed off the wrap.

  The staff was knowledgeable and courteous, and everything was clean! The obvious level of care taken in this Tro Smo sets it well above the rest. A congenial Lydia waited on me.
