  I recently visited the Subway in Carrollton, and unfortunately the experience was frustrating. The service was extremely slow. It appeared there were only two employees working, and they seemed to need each other’s assistance for even simple sandwich prep. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or if additional training is needed, but the pace was far below what you’d expect for a quick-service restaurant. Carrollton is a very small town, so it wasn’t even particularly busy. That made the long wait even more noticeable. At one point, it genuinely felt like someone needed to step in and manage the situation. I hope this location can improve staffing or efficiency, because the concept is convenient and the food itself wasn’t the issue. The wait time, however, makes it difficult to justify returning

  I know I said not to toast my bread but that doesn’t mean not to cook the bacon and rotisserie chicken OMG!

  We had not been to this subway on about 8 months because of the issues. Need healthy option quick. Got home to find out we only had half of what we paid for... Need to find another sandwich place.

  Today I went to subway after not eating it for a while and girl working did not provide good service. She didn’t ask my husband if he even wanted anything and she barely spoke.

  Poor customer service, average food. I ordered through the app and was hoping for a quick pickup. They didn’t have some of the food in stock. The least they could’ve done is offer a replacement for the food they sold but couldn’t make, but instead they insisted on refunding the whole order and asked me to buy what was in stock, implying they’d already made it. I did put in the order, then without acknowledging it they helped three other customers. After the last one they said they hadn’t actually made the food yet and that it was in the oven, then gave me the food with barely a mutter. Rude and took longer than had I just walked in and ordered.
