Just tried to come to the drive thru. There was a line that drove away. After I pulled up to the Stop sign that said "order here", I waited for over 5 minutes. I said hello a couple of times with no response and kept waiting. A new line was forming behind me, extending out into oncoming traffic in the parking lot, so I pulled up to the window, which was closed. I sat there and watched all 3 cars behind me do the same thing-- pull up to the order here sign, then after a couple seconds pull up behind me.
Finally a woman opened the window. I explained myself and the other people were trying to order but the speaker didn't seem to be working. She then proceeded to ARGUE with me that it's my fault because I didn't trigger the signal by pulling up to the sign. I told her i did and she volleyed back to me, "No, you didn't. " 1. The rudeness is uncalled for and strange. 2. I did pull up to the sign and the same issue happened to all of us, 3. It's not my job as the customer to figure out how to trip your system.... if you know there's an issue with it, just apologize and say you'll look into it. I wasn't even annoyed by the waiting and the speaker-- just surprised this woman's response was to argue with me. For reference, my dad had the same experience here last week where he said a woman told him it's his fault for not"tripping" the sensor. Manager-- please look into the speaker sensor, and maybe re- train the employees on how to talk to customers...

Paid 2.20 for extra sweet cream in this drink. Told them it was missing sweet cream and they said it was added. I argued for a few minutes about why it wasn't white like every other time I have gotten it but to get said because it was added to sprite it wasn't white. Honestly crazy they wouldnt just add the cream I paid for instead of telling me I was wrong.
They refused to add cream.
I guess this location doesn't allow pictures with review.

Went there Sunday November 9th around 7:15 when we got home. This is what we encountered. Everything swimming in grease and not edible. Called to see if they would replace our order and no one answered the phone.

The food is hit or miss. It's a sonic. We know were not getting fine dining. What is remarkable though is the apathy of the staff and their inability to fulfill an order that was placed with the items requested. I feel like this is a pretty easy concept. You read what's ordered and find the items. It appears that most of the employees are very young and are incapable of carrying on a basic conversation, let alone provide any sort of customer service. You will likely get a grunt as a response and will have the sliding window slammed on you if you ask for anything. Good luck! Hope your not picky.
